Participation & Pricing

All participants pay a one-time, non‑refundable registration fee, which grants full access to the Encore Ballet Festival July 2-3, 2027.

Registration opens January 4th 2027!

Registration Fees

  • Standard Entry (Jan 4th through May 31st): $350 per participant

  • Final Call Entry (June 1st through registration close): $380 per participant

What the Registration Fee Includes:

  • One performance entry — either a solo or participation in one ensemble piece

  • Full access to all festival programming from Friday through Saturday, including competitions, masterclasses, and workshops

  • All classes and training sessions taught by professional instructors

  • Admission to the Awards Ceremony & Social Hour on Saturday evening

  • Festival badge, event materials, and welcome packet at Thursday check‑in

Additional Performance Entries:

  • Participants may add extra routines for an additional fee:

  • Additional Solo: $50 per routine

  • Additional Ensemble: $50 per dancer, per routine (minimum 2 dancers)
